Onboarding

We have a standardized onboarding process that gives you an immediate assessment of your current operational health and the most important next steps. Afterwards we schedule an introductory call where we go over the assessment, your biggest operational needs and agree on a plan of action.
Our services include recruiting, employee onboarding, systems maintenance, IT security, contractor management, financial reporting
We understand that sometimes there are urgent and immediate needs – in these cases we’re flexible. Let’s hop on a call right away!

02

Implementation

We establish connection (usually via Slack) and grant you access to our platform where you can track progress on the execution of your operational plans, our recurring services and other actionable information around your organization.
If needed we have a host of standardized documents like policies, operational procedures and systems implementation plans.

While we have recommended best practices we think that (1) each organization has individual needs and preferences that need to be considered, and (2) individual problems sometimes require individual solutions.

03

Collaboration

We stay connected and free up your time by:

  • Solving one-off tasks like finding a vendor for a specific task, organizing retreats, and anything else you can think of.
  • Providing ongoing services like receiving and paying invoices, managing subscriptions and accounts, preparing and filing agreements
  • Monitoring your evolving needs and recommending next steps to take your project to the next level.

We have worked with companies from 1 to 450 employees and understand the needs of all different stages along the way. In cases where we don’t have the necessary service or competence in-house we have a broad network of partners that can help bridge any gaps.
